SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Rimo Health sends transactional and service-related SMS notifications to patients who have opted in to receive text messages through a Rimo-powered website or patient portal. These messages include order confirmations, prescription status updates, refill reminders, appointment notifications, payment alerts, and account support communications. All SMS messages are operational and informational in nature. No promotional or marketing messages are sent via SMS. No protected health information (PHI) is transmitted via SMS.
How We Obtain SMS Consent
By providing your phone number and actively checking the opt-in checkbox — which is unchecked by default — during patient intake, checkout, or account registration on a Rimo-powered platform, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your healthcare services. The opt-in disclosure is presented clearly at the point of consent and explains the types of messages you will receive. Consent is never assumed or pre-selected. All opt-in records including timestamp, source, and the disclosure text presented are stored electronically by the platform.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity, prescription status, and account activity.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enable SMS notifications, contact us at hello@rimohealth.com.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at hello@rimohealth.com.
We Do Not Sell SMS Data
Rimo Health does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver transactional notifications related to your healthcare services.
